Private client, East Perth WA.

Located in an East Perth apartment block, the forty six square metre space consists of non partitioned kitchen, living, bed and basic bathroom consisting of shower, basin and WC. The apartment underwent complete renovation involving demolition and removal of all worn surfaces. Many of the surfaces were refurbished to the existing fabric of the space. Flooring was acoustically upgraded via a new floating floor. Custom modular cabinetry complete the kitchen; small fabrication of custom stainless steel fittings to the bathroom; whilst all other furnishings were off-shelf or recycled to adhere to the meager budget.
